Who says you can’t turn a Victoria Sandwich into a tray bake?! Each generous tray of our Victoria Sponge Cake is topped with layers of Strawberry Jam and Vanilla Buttercream, finished with a sprinkling of freeze-dried strawberries. The sponge itself is a delicate and light vanilla.
 
All of our Made To Order bakes are only available by the whole tray. Each tray measures 30cm x 23cm and provide 12 - 20 portions, depending on how big they are cut!
